9am-10:45am Arrival, Registration and Set-Up

11am Skippers Meeting

12pm Warning Race 1 for Green, R,W,B Fleet

 Race 2,3,4 to follow

Lunch on the water BYO, there is no snack bar or lunch available at the Park.

Cookout and Awards After Racing

Entry Fee $15 for US Sailing Members $18 for Non-members

Important Information- The Vista Pt. Recreation area is a NC State Park.  There is a $5 entry fee per car to the park.  Launching will be off the beach in a protected cove.  Parking is nearby.  There are ramps and docks for coach or pleasure boats.  There is plenty of parking, restrooms, shelter, showers but NO Air Conditioned space.  The nearest convenience stores are 5 miles away.   There is no swimming allowed at Vista Pt.

Directions to Vista Pt.  Recreation Area- Vista Pt. Is at the end of N. Pea Ridge Road, Pittsboro, NC.  About 15 miles west of Cary, NC and 10 miles South of Chapel Hill.

  N. Pea Ridge Road is best to use for one of the mapping programs on the Internet.  You can reach N. Pea Ridge Road off of Hwy 64. 

Lodging and Camping- There is no camping at Vista Pt.  There is camping nearby at other State Park sites on Jordan Lake.  Hotels are located in Chapel Hill, Cary and Morrisville.
